浅谈钢筋混凝土支撑拆除中的质量与安全管理--以上海某大型商办项目为例

Discussion on Quality and Safety Management in the Demolition of Reinforced Concrete Support:A Case of a Large Commercial Office Project in Shanghai

基坑支撑确保基坑的安全,在整个项目的建设中扮演着重要的角色,而支撑的拆除是非常重要的一个环节。文章以上海某大型商办项目建设为例,从施工准备、工艺及质量安全控制等方面展开分析,阐述了钢筋混凝土支撑拆除施工过程中采取的具体质量与安全控制措施,保证了支撑拆除的顺利施工及项目整体建设的顺利推进。本项目在借鉴已有支撑拆除技术的基础上,结合具体工程项目案例,进行了具体工程实践及经验总结,以期为今后类似项目的建设提供一定的参考。

The foundation pit support plays an important role in the construction of the whole project to ensure the safety of the foundation pit,and the removal of the support is a very important link.Taking the construction of a large commercial office project in Shanghai as an example,this paper analyzes from the aspects of construction preparation,technology and quality and safety control,and expounds the specific quality and safety control measures taken in the construction process of reinforced concrete support demolition,which ensures the smooth construction of support demolition and the smooth progress of the overall construction of the project.Based on the existing support demolition technology,combined with specific engineering project cases,the paper has carried out specific engineering practice and summarized experience,providing a certain reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
