城市建成区既有医院整体更新策略研究--郑州大学第三附属医院老院区规划设计

Study on the Overall Renewal Strategy of the Existing Hospitals in Urban Built-Up Areas:The Planning and Design of the Old Courtyard Area of the Third Affliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University

在当前城市存量空间开发为主的背景下,城市建成区内既有医院如何更新改造以实现资源高效配置及医疗品质的提升已成为我国城市更新中的主要课题。文章以郑州大学第三附属医院老院区规划设计为例,从老院区的现状问题出发,从医疗资源的整合、交通流线的重组、整体形象的提升、保障体系的加强四个方面提出应对医院总体规划的策略,从整体出发使其更好地满足医患群体对于更高效、更便捷的医疗环境的要求,为城市更新背景下医疗建筑的改扩建工程提供有益参考。

Under the background of the current urban stock space development,how to update and transform the existing hospitals in the urban built-up areas to achieve the efficient allocation of resources and the improvement of medical quality has become the main topic of urban renewal in China.Taking the planning and design of the old hospital area of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University as an example,starting from the current situation of the old hospital area,this paper proposes strategies to deal with the overall planning of the hospital from four aspects:the integration of medical resources,the reorganization of traffic flow lines,the improvement of the overall image,and the strengthening of the security system,so as to better meet the requirements of the medical and patient groups for a more efficient and convenient medical environment.It provides useful reference for the reconstruction and expansion of medical buildings in the context of urban renewal.
