大城市边缘新城职住关系及影响因素研究--以武汉花山新城为例

Study on the Relationship Between Work and Residence and Its Influencing Factors in New Towns in the Fringe of Big Cities:A Case of Wuhan Huashan New Town

大城市边缘区新城作为疏解中心城区人口及产业功能的重要载体,该区域的职住平衡研究对于提高新城发展空间利用效率、独立程度具有重要意义。文章以武汉花山新城为研究对象,基于手机信令数据识别新城职住地,从总量和结构两个层面揭示当前新城职住关系的空间特征,从道路交通建设、公共服务设施、土地功能布局、住房供给结构四个方面对影响花山新城职住平衡的因素进行探究。

As an important carrier to ease the population and industrial functions of the central urban area,the new town in the fringe of big cities is of great significance to improve the spatial efficiency and independence of the new town.Taking Wuhan Huashan new town as the research object,this paper identifies the working and living places of the new town based on the mobile phone signaling data,reveals the spatial characteristics of the current working and living relationship in the new town from the two levels of total amount and structure,and explores the factors affecting the working and living balance of Huashan new town from the four aspects of road traffic construction,public service facilities,land function layout and housing supply structure.
