存量背景下老城区社区公园精细化配置研究--以太原市老城区为例

Study on the Fine Allocation of Community Parks in Old Urban Areas under the Background of Stock Development:A Case of the Old Town of Taiyuan

应对存量背景下老城区公园绿地不足问题,兼顾效率性、易实施性、适建性及公平性等原则,以三个步骤实现城市更新中老城区社区公园精细化配置:第一,通过双向评估寻找日常游憩的空间服务盲区和隐性服务盲区。其中,空间服务盲区通过网络地图导航数据采集法识别,考虑真实出入口坐标对进入公园机会的影响,明晰15min步行无法到达的区域;隐形服务盲区通过高斯两步移动搜索法识别,获得潜在的人均公园绿地面积不足的区域。第二,基于易实施性和适建性原则,筛选社区公园备选地块,并通过最小化设施点数模型确定理想的布点位置。第三,基于公平性原则,以每个居民获得的公园绿地面积差异最小为优化目标进行公园规模匡算,为社区公园的优化配置提供规模参考依据。基于以上研究思路,以太原老城区为实验范围进行技术方法应用。

In response to the shortage of green space in the old area of city under the background of urban stock development,this paper takes into account the principles of efficiency,implementation,construction and equity,and realizes the fine allocation of community parks in the old urban area in urban renewal through three steps.First,through two-way evaluation method,the paper finds service blind areas and hidden service blind areas in the daily recreation space.The blind areas of spatial service are identified by network map navigation data acquisition,and consider the impact of real entrance and exit coordinates on residents'access to the park,in order to identify the area that cannot be reached by walking in15 minutes.Hidden service blind areas are identified by the Gauss two-step mobile search method,which is the area with insufficient potential per capita green park area.Secondly,based on the principle of easy implementation and construction,the alternative plots of newly added community parks are screened,and the ideal park location is determined through the minimization of the number of facilities model.Thirdly,based on the principle of equity,the paper calculates the size of community parks with the minimum difference of park green space obtained by each resident as the optimization goal,and provides scale reference for the optimal allocation of community parks.Based on the above research ideas,the paper takes Taiyuan old urban area as the experimental area to carry out the application of technologymethods.
