氢氧化镁负载硅藻土的制备及其处理含磷污水效果分析

摘要 筛选天然硅藻土作为原料制备氢氧化镁负载硅藻土复合材料用于含磷污水的处理,有效缓解水体富营养化问题。采用原位沉淀法制备氢氧化镁负载硅藻土作为除磷吸附剂,并通过SEM和EDS对硅藻土原土和氢氧化镁负载硅藻土进行表征;探索其投加量、pH、温度对除磷效果的影响,考察氢氧化镁负载硅藻土对实际河水中磷的去除效果。结果表明,硅藻土表面成功负载氢氧化镁,大大提高了对污水中磷的吸附性能;氢氧化镁负载硅藻土投加量为1 g/L,pH为7,温度为25℃时对磷的吸附效果最好,总磷的去除率达到80.50%;对秦皇岛市龙凤河秋冬季节的总磷去除率均可达到80%以上。氢氧化镁负载硅藻土材料对含磷污水具有优异的吸附性能,氢氧化镁硅藻土复合材料在含磷废水的处理领域具有良好前景。 The natural diatomite was selected as raw material to prepare magnesium hydroxide-supported diatomite composites for the treatment of phosphorus containing wastewater,which effectively alleviated the eutrophication problem of water body.The magnesium hydroxide-supported diatomite composites were prepared by in-situ precipitation method as phosphorus removal adsorbent.The original diatomite and magnesium hydroxide-supported diatomite were characterized by SEM and EDS.The effects of dosage,pH and temperature on phosphorus removal were investigated,and the phosphorus removal effect of magnesium hydroxide-supported diatomite composites in actual river water was investigated.The results showed that the surface of diatomite was successfully loaded with magnesium hydroxide,which greatly improved the adsorption capacity of phosphorus in sewage.When the dosage of magnesium hydroxide supported diatomite was 1 g/L,pH was 7,and temperature was 25℃,theadsorption effect of phosphorus was the best,and the removal rate of total phosphorus reached 80.50%.The removal rate of total phosphorus in Longfeng River in Qinhuangdao in March and November can reach more than 80%.Magnesium hydroxide loaded diatomite material has excellent adsorption performance for phosphorus containing wastewater.Magnesium hydroxide loaded diatomite composite material has a good prospect in the field of phosphorus containing wastewater treatment.
