钛白粉生产废水化学混凝处理技术优化研究

摘要 为了研究实际钛白粉生产废水的有效处理技术,选取某钛白粉生产企业的生产废水,通过实验室烧杯试验对混凝剂种类、混凝剂投加量、沉淀时间、反应pH、强氧化剂预处理几个方面进行讨论,探究其对重金属、化学需氧量(CODCr)、浊度、色度等指标的影响。结果表明:通过氧化剂预处理钛白粉生产废水,其经济性和可行性更优于单一混凝沉淀处理工艺,可以使废水稳定达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级排放标准。旨在为同类型企业生产废水治理工程设计工艺路线的确定提供依据。 In order to study the effective treatment technology of wastewater from titanium dioxide production,this paper selected a production wastewater of titanium dioxide production enterprise,the coagulant type,coagulant dosage,precipitation time,reaction pH and strong oxidant pretreatment were discussed by jar test in laboratory.The effects of reaction conditions on the following indexes,such as heavy metals,chemical oxygen demand(COD_(Cr)),turbidity and chroma,were explored.The results showed that the economy and feasibility of pretreatment of titanium dioxide production wastewater by oxidizing agent is better than that of single coagulation and precipitation treatment process,which can make the wastewater reach the first grade discharge standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996)stably.The purpose is to provide basis for the engineering design of production wastewater treatment in the same type of enterprises and put forward a reasonable process route.
