洱海流域水生态监测评价发展与展望

Progress and Prospect of Water Ecological Monitoring and Assessment of Erhai Lake

水生态环境监测是实现环境管理以“污染防治”为重点到以“生态健康”为目标的历史必然。回顾洱海流域水生态环境监测发展历程,概述国内外水生态监测及评价的概况及应用现状,结合洱海流域特点,提出洱海流域水生态监测评价体系构建探讨及发展展望。应将水生态监测纳入洱海流域常规监测体系,结合历史数据及本底状况,筛选出适合流域特点的水生态环境质量监测指标及评价权重体系。以期全面掌握洱海水生态环境现状,为环境管理提供技术支撑。

The monitoring of water ecological quality is a historical necessity to realize the change from"pollution prevention"to"ecological health"as the goal of environmental management.This paper reviewed the development history of water environmental and ecological monitoring in Erhai Lake,summarized the situation and application of water ecological monitoring and assessment at home and abroad,and put forward the discussion on the construction of water ecological monitoring and evaluation system in Erhai Lake basin combined with the characteristics of Erhai Lake basin.Water ecological monitoring should be included in the regular monitoring system of Erhai Lake Basin.Based on the historical data and the background conditions,monitoring indexes and evaluation weight system of water ecological environment quality suitable for the characteristics of the basinshould be selected.In order to fully grasp the current status of Erhai water ecological environment and provide technical supporfor environmental management.
