小微企业危险废物收集平台可行性研究--以江苏省某园区为例

Feasibility Study of Hazardous Waste Collection Platform for Small and Micro Enterprises---Take an Industrial Park in Jiangsu Province as an Example

小微企业危险废物收集平台能够有效防范环境风险和隐患,平台落地前开展可行性研究有利于平台稳定健康发展。选取江苏省某园区为研究对象,调查基准年为2021年,通过资料收集、文献研究、实地调研等方式调查分析园区危险废物产生单位分布特征、危险废物类别分布特征和危险废物环境风险分级,同时开展了平台成本分析、收入分析和效益分析。结果表明平台收集的危废总量为159.96t/a,当危废收集收入和处置成本分别为6000、4000元/t,平台利润为57.2万元/年,1年即可回本。通过小微企业危废收集平台可行性研究,为后续平台建设并投入使用提供参考,也为其他地区小微企业危废收集工作提供了一定的借鉴意义。

The hazardous waste collection platform for small and micro enterprises can effectively prevent environmental risks and hidden dangers,and the feasibility study before the platform is implemented is conducive to the stable and healthy development of the platform.This paper selected a park in Jiangsu Province as the research object,the base year of the survey was 2021,and investigated the distribution characteristics of hazardous waste production enterprises in the park,the distribution characteristics of hazardous waste generation categories,environmental risk classification of hazardous waste through data collection,literature research and field investigation.At the same time,the platform cost analysis,revenue analysis and benefit analysis were carried out.The results showed that the total amount of hazardous waste collected by the platform is 159.96/a,when the hazardous waste collection income and disposal cost are 6000 yuan/t and 4000 yuan/t respectively,the platform profit is 572000 yuan/a,the cost can be returned in one year.The feasibility study of hazardous waste collection platform for small and micro enterprises provides a reference for the subsequent construction and use of the plaform,and also provides certain reference significance for hazardous waste collection work of small and micro enterprises in other regions.
