摘要
为了掌握四川省城市污水厂的运行能效,调研了省内116座污水厂,对其中正常运营的86座污水厂的运行数据进行分析,结果表明:48.84%的污水厂的吨水电耗在0.303kW·h/m^(3)以下,68.60%的污水厂无需投加碳源,33.72%的污水厂PAM耗量在3kg/100t以下,87.21%的污水厂吨水处理成本都低于1.13元的平均值,88.37%的污水厂吨水人员配置在2.5~30人/(万m^(3)/d),说明大部分污水厂的运行是经济合理的。结合调研结果,总结了污水厂的成本控制要点,为污水厂的后期运营提供科学依据和数据支撑。
In order to master the operation eficiency of municipal sewage plants in Sichuan Province,116 sewage plants in the province were investigated,and analyzed the operation data of 86 sewage plants in normal operation.The results showed that 48.84% of the sewage plants have a power consumption per ton of water below 0.303kw·h/m^(3),68.60% of the sewage plants do not need to add carbon source,33.72%of the sewage plants have a PAM consumption of less than 3kg/100t,and 87.21%of the sewage plants have a treatment cost per ton of water lower than the average value of 1.13 yuan,88.37%of the sewage plants are staffed with 2.5~30 persons per ton of water(10000 m^(3)/d),indicating that the operation of most sewage plants is economical and reasonable.Combined with the investigation results,the key points of cost control of sewage plant were summa-rized to provide scientific basis and data support for the later operation of sewage plants.
