基于结构方程模型的村民参与环境治理的影响因素研究--以成都市郫都区为例

Research on the Influencing Factors of Villagers'Participation in Environmental Governance Based on Structural Equation Modeling--Taking Pidu District of Chengdu City as an Example

分析村民参与环境治理的因素及影响路径,为破解农村环境治理中的集体行动困境提供依据。对成都市郫都区211个分散村民进行实证调查,基于结构方程模型研究影响村民参与环境治理集体行动的主要阻滞因素和间接影响因素。利用AMOS 22.0及SPSS 25.0软件对调查数据进行分析检验,结果表明:结构方程模型拟合良好,村民对于环境治理决策的价值认知、参与态度和环境行为与其参与环境治理的意愿成正相关且具有中介效应,同时较高的环境意识、环境关注度、制度信任等均有利于村民展现出良好的参与态度。据此,可从提高村民环保意识、完善相关制度体系等方面促进农村环境治理工作,推动建立符合国情的农村环境治理引导机制和共治模式。

The factors and influencing paths of villagers'participation in environmental governance are analyzed to provide a basis for solving the collective action dilemma in rural environmental governance.This study conducted an empirical investigation on 211 scattered villagers in Pidu District,Chengdu,and based on the structural equation model,the main blocking factors and indirect influencing factors affecting villagers'participation in environmental governance collective actions were studied.Using AMOS22.0 and SPSS 25.0 software to analyze and test the survey data,the results showed that the structural equation model is wellfited,and the value cognition,participation attitude and environmental behavior of villagers towards environmental governance decision-making are positively correlated with their willingness to participate in environmental governance and have an intermediary effect.At the same time,higher environmental awareness,environmental concern and institutional trust,etc.are all conducive to vilagers to show a good participation attitude.Therefore,we can promote rural environmental governance from the aspects of raising vllagers'awareness of environmental protection and improving relevant institutional systems,and promote the establishment of rural environmental governance guidance mechanism and co-governance mode in line with national conditions.
