农业科技园区中企业与科研机构价值共创机理研究--以BM农业高新技术产业示范区为例

Research on the Mechanism of Creating Value between Enterprises and Scientific Research Institutions in Agricultural Science and Technology Park--Taking BM Agricultural Science and Technology Park as an Example

农业科技园区中,创新主体之间能否实现价值共创、各主体能否持续受益,是形成持续创新合力的关键所在。本文运用系统动力学构建农业科技园区内涉农企业与农业科研机构价值共创模型,深入分析价值共创过程的动态机理。在对模型进行量纲一致性、蒙特卡洛敏感性检验测试的基础上,探究价值共创过程中,对企业价值与科研机构价值提升具有明显影响的敏感变量。依据企业参与研发的程度,将价值共创过程分为企业自主研发模式、企业与科研机构价值共创模式以及企业无研发模式,并在分析三类模式的差异性基础上,提出对应的合理化建议。

In the agricultural science and technology park,whether the innovation subject can realize the value creation and whether the subject can benefit continuously is the key to form the continuous innovation force.This paper uses system dynamics to construct a value-creation model for agricultural enterprises and agricultural scientific research institutions in the agricultural science and technology park,and analyzes the dynamic mechanism of the value creation process in depth.On the basis of the quantitative consistency and Monte Carlo sensitivity test of the model,this paper explores the sensitive variables that have a significant impact on the value enhancement of enterprise value and scientific research institutions in the process of value creation.According to the degree of enterprise participation in research and development,the park is divided into three types of models,namely,enterprise independent research and development model,enterprise and scientific research institutions value creation model,and enterprises do not research and development model.In view of the advantages and disadvantages of different models in the park,the causes of its disadvantages are explored,and a reasonable optimization scheme is given accordingly.
