北京市智慧教育生态化服务体系构建思考 被引量:1

摘要 教育数字化转型是一场由数字技术发展引发的教育颠覆式变革。构建与未来数字社会相适应的数字化教育体系已经成为当前教育信息化的重要使命。针对当前技术发展趋势和未来教育需求,分析未来教育面临的问题,探讨教育数字化转型面临的挑战和机遇,并站在信息化角度对教育数字化转型方式进行思考,提出教育数字化转型应“以系统化设计为基本原则、以诊断式教学模式为核心、以数字空间为主场地、以精细化数字教育资源为关键、以师生信息素养提升为保障、以新技术创新应用为途径”的总体思路。在此思路下,从智慧教育业务协作体系和智慧教育生态化服务信息平台两个层面,对未来智慧教育工作内容和架构进行了规划设计,提出“一院,两会,四工程,四办法”的智慧教育业务协作体系,以及“6×N+3”的生态化服务信息平台体系结构。 The digital transformation of education is a subversive renovation initiated by the development of digital technology.Building a digital education system adapting to the future digital society is a key mission of current education informatization.In view of the technological development trend and the demand of future education,this paper analyzes the problems faced by future education,and discusses the challenges and opportunities,as well as the implementation approach from the perspective of informatization.This paper proposes that the digital education transformation should take a systematic approach,and establish a diagnostic teaching business model.Furthermore,digital space should be the main field for future education,and refined digital education resources is the key for this transformation.Enhancement of the information literacy of teachers and students is the basic guarantee for the transformation,and new technology innovation paves way for the transformation.Guided by these principals,from the perspectives of business collaboration and information platform establishment,the paper discusses the design of the overall architecture of future smart education,and proposes a business model of“one institute,two association,four initiatives,and four management rules”,as well an information system architecture of“6×N+3”.
