摘要
乡村小规模学校开不齐、开不足、上不好国家规定课程问题是彭阳县教育事业发展的突出问题。彭阳县基于“三个课堂”建设,创新应用模式,建设县级“三个课堂”管理中心和片区协同发展中心,建立统一班级、统一课表、统一时间、统一教学、统一活动工作机制,采取共享设施、共享教师、共享备课、共享课程、共享教研、共享培训、共享检测、共享评价工作措施,有效解决小规模学校发展难题,使农村弱势群体受教育权利得以保障,促进乡村教育振兴,促进城乡教育一体化发展。
The prominent problems in the development of education in Pengyang county is that rural small-scale schools are unable to take national-prescribed curriculum well.Based on the construction of“Three Classrooms”,Pengyang innovated the application mode,built the county-level“Three Classrooms”management center and regional collaborative development center,established the working mechanism of unified classes,unified school timetable,unified time,unified teaching and unified activities,and took measures of sharing facilities,teacher resources,lesson preparation,curriculum,teaching research,training,testing and evaluation,in order to effectively solve the development problems of rural small-scale schools,to protect the educational right of rural disadvantaged groups and to promote the revitalization of rural education and the integrated development of urban and rural education.
