同志们:这次全国生态环境保护工作会议的主要任务是,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,全面贯彻落实党的二十大以及中央经济工作会议精神,深入学习贯彻习近平生态文明思想,总结2022年生态环境保护工作,分析当前面临形势,安排部署2023年重点任务。下面,我讲三方面意见。
