摘要
文章在对煤电行业节能减排、污染物排放限值等政策和标准总结的基础上,从发电技术发展及供电煤耗变化、污染物治理技术发展与污染物排放变化和机组结构发展与单机容量变化等三个方面介绍了煤电清洁高效发展实践,重点对不同阶段烟气二氧化硫(SO2)排放限值要求及脱硫技术发展历程进行了阐述。
Based on the summarizing of policies and standards on energy conservation and emission reduction as well as pollutant emission limits,this study was introduced practice on clean and efficient development in coal power industry from three aspects,including the power generation technology development and coal consumption variation,the pollutants treatment technology development and pollutants emission variation,and the unit structure development and single unit capacity variation.Specifically,the limit requirements of flue gas sulfur dioxide(SO2)emission in different stages and the development process of desulfurization technology are discribed.
