学校建筑叠合板及楼梯安装施工要点分析——以济阳第二实验中学迁建PPP项目为例

Analysis on the Key Points of Installation Construction of Composite Slabs and Stairs in School Buildings-Taking the Relocation PPP Project of the No.2 Experimental Middle School of Jiyang as an Example

装配式建筑以其自身的优势在学校建设中得到了广泛应用。相比于传统钢筋混凝土现浇建筑,装配式建筑具有施工速度快、省去现场加工制作工序、质量控制效果等优势,工期较短,非常适合学校建筑应用。文章以济阳第二实验中学迁建PPP项目为工程案例,对其装配式建筑叠合板及楼梯安装施工要点进行分析。该项目工程规模比较大,叠合板及楼梯安装施工工程量大,为避免影响工期进度,在具体施工中,采用以4台QTZP125型塔式起重机作业为主、人工调整为辅的安装施工方法,取得了良好的效果,值得类似工程借鉴。

Prefabricated buildings have been widely used in school construction with their own advantages.Compared with traditional reinforced concrete cast-in-place buildings,prefabricated buildings have the advantages of fast construction speed,eliminating on-site processing and manufacturing processes,and quality control effects.The construction period is shorter,which is very suitable for school building applications.Taking the relocation PPP project of the No.2 Experimental Middle School of Jiyang as an engineering case,this paper analyzes the key points of installation construction of composite slabs and stairs in prefabricated buildings.The project has a relatively large engineering scale with a large amount of construction work for the installation of composite slabs and stairs.In order to avoid affecting the progress of the construction period,the installation construction method based on 4 QTZP125 tower cranes and supplemented by manual adjustment has achieved good results in specific construction,which is worthy of reference for similar projects.
