摘要
文章针对目前钢结构桥梁螺栓预紧力的监测问题,开发了一种由载体、绝缘层、核心层和引线组成的螺栓预紧力监测传感器。首先对螺栓预紧力监测方法进行比选,根据钢结构桥梁螺栓预紧力监测的需求,选择基于压电阻抗法研制螺栓预紧力监测传感器;然后详细进行螺栓预紧力监测传感器的监测方案、结构、电路及其无线通信电路设计;最后开展监测效果测试,结果表明,开发的螺栓预紧力监测传感器应用效果较好,为后期构建螺栓预紧力监测系统打下了良好的基础。
Aiming at the problem of bolt pre-tightening force monitoring of steel structure bridges,a bolt pre-tightening force monitoring sensor composed of carrier,insulation layer,core layer and lead wire is developed.Firstly,the monitoring methods of bolt pre-tightening force are compared and selected.According to the requirements of bolt pre-tightening force monitoring of steel structure bridges,the bolt pre-tightening force monitoring sensor based on piezoelectric impedance method is selected.Then,the monitoring scheme,structure,circuit and wireless communication circuit design of the bolt pre-tightening force monitoring sensor are carried out in detail.Finally,the monitoring effect test is conducted.The results show that the developed bolt pre-tightening force monitoring sensor has a good application effect,which lays a good foundation for the later construction of bolt pre-tightening force monitoring system.
