公路材料检测机构具有检测业务范围广、安全风险源多的特点,在检测工作过程中有各类安全隐患,在检测前期准备、样品、试剂保管过程中,同样存在安全隐患。为了更好地进行安全管理工作,文章分析了公路行业检测机构的特点及安全管理方面存在的问题,在此基础上有针对性地提出了安全管理优化措施,在检测机构运转过程中反映良好,安全意外事件明显减少,人员零伤亡,达到了安全管理预期,可为同类检测机构安全管理提供参考。

Highway material testing institutions have the characteristics of wide range of testing business and many safety risk sources.There are various potential safety hazards in the process of testing.There are also potential safety hazards in the process of early preparation,sample and reagent storage.In order to better carry out safety management work,this paper analyzes the characteristics of testing institutions in highway industry and the problems existing in safety management.On this basis,it puts forward targeted optimization measures of safety management,which are well reflected in the operation of the testing institutions.The safety accidents are obviously reduced with no casualties,and the safety management expectation is achieved,which can provide reference for the safety management of similar testing institutions.
