坡地工业建筑竖向设计实践研究

摘要 竖向设计作为建筑总图设计的重要内容,对生态环境、产品呈现、品质提升及经济效益有显著影响。工业建筑基底面积较大,对土地平整度要求较其他类型建筑更高,因此研究坡地工业建筑竖向设计尤为必要。文章在总结竖向设计中首先要考虑场地、道路、排水防涝、土石方平衡、景观风貌等关键因素基础上,以贵阳南明绿色制造产业园项目为例,对竖向设计的常用思路、设计方案进行了深入分析,旨为坡地工业建筑的设计与施工提供参考。 As an important part of building general layout design,vertical design has a significant impact on ecological environment,product presentation,quality improvement and economic benefits.The base area of industrial buildings is large,and the requirements for land flatness are higher than other types of buildings.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to study the vertical design of industrial buildings on hillside fields.On the basis of summarizing the key factors such as site,road,drainage and waterlogging prevention,earthwork balance and landscape style that should be considered first in vertical design,this paper takes Nanming Green Manufacturing Industrial Park Project in Guiyang as an example to conduct in-depth analysis of common ideas and design schemes in vertical design,so as to provide reference for the design and construction of industrial buildings on hillside fields.
