摘要
建设过程中难免遇到软土地基难题,如果施工过程中对地基处理不当,易造成严重的工程质量问题。文章依托江苏省某厂房工程沿海滩涂淤泥地基土固化案例,通过对土壤固化剂掺量及施工中的关键技术参数等进行分析,根据试验结果,确定此工程中土壤固化剂掺量为80 kg/m3;通过对固化地基进行动力触探检测,得出固化地基无侧限抗压强度不小于100 kPa,满足设计要求。
During the construction process,it is inevitable to encounter soft soil foundation problems.If the foundation is not properly treated during the construction process,it is easy to cause serious engineering quality problems.Based on the case of soil solidification of coastal mudflat silt foundation in a factory building project in Jiangsu Province,this paper analyzes the dosage of soil curing agent and the key technical parameters in construction.According to the test results,the dosage of soil curing agent in this project is determined to be 80 kg/m3.Through the dynamic penetration test of the solidified foundation,it is concluded that the unconfined compressive strength of the solidified foundation is not less than 100 kPa,which meets the design requirements.
