摘要
EPC工程总承包模式具有较强的应用优势,但由于建设阶段存在许多复杂环节,在成本决策过程中易产生错报、漏报问题,从而诱发各种成本管理风险。为此,文章以EPC项目成本风险管理为切入点,分析EPC项目在建设期间主要存在的成本风险类型与形成原因,并结合风险的具体成因,阐述相关成本风险管理策略。
The EPC engineering general contracting mode has strong application advantages.However,due to many complex links in the construction stage,it is easy to generate errors and omissions in the cost decision-making process,thus inducing various cost management risks.In this regard,taking the cost risk management of the EPC project as the starting point,the main types and causes of cost risks during the construction of the EPC project are analyzed,and the relevant cost risk management strategies are expounded in combination with the specific causes of risks.
