摘要 主给水泵组是核电二回路或火电水汽循环的关键设备,高速高温的机械密封系统的稳定运行对电站机组的经济稳定运行具有至关重要的作用。文章以某型核电机组主给水泵机械密封系统为例,结合泵组机械密封系统设计、出厂试验、现场调试、运营检修等各阶段相关情况,分析实际运行过程中泵组机械密封系统出现的故障,并进行对应的原因分析,提出相应的解决方案,旨在确保电站机组的安全稳定运行。 The main feed water pump unit is the key equipment for the secondary circuit of nuclear power or the water-steam cycle of thermal power.The stable operation of the high-speed and high-temperature mechanical sealing system plays an important role in the economic and stable operation of the power plant units.Taking the mechanical sealing system of the main feed water pump of a certain type of nuclear power unit as an example,combined with the relevant conditions of the mechanical sealing system design,predelivery test,field debugging,operation and maintenance of the pump unit,this paper analyzes the faults of the mechanical sealing system of the pump unit in the actual operation process,analyzes the corresponding causes,and puts forward the corresponding solutions to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power plant unit.
