超长、超宽、超厚基础底板“跳仓法”施工技术的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 北京某半导体设备生产厂房超长、超宽、超厚基础底板采用“跳仓法”施工技术,取消后浇带及抗裂剂,通过采取原材料选择、配合比设计、仓段设计划分、混凝土浇筑及养护、测温及监测等综合措施,在不设置后浇带的情况下,有效控制了基础底板混凝土裂缝,释放了混凝土的收缩应力和水化热,解决了底板后浇带施工质量难题,实现了“跳仓法”施工技术的良好应用。文章首先介绍了该工程的概况,然后从六个方面详细介绍了超长、超宽、超厚基础底板“跳仓法”施工技术的具体应用,旨在为类似工程施工提供参考。 The ultra-long,ultra-wide and ultra-thick foundation slab of a semiconductor equipment production plant in Beijing adopts the construction technology of"alternative bay construction method",canceling the post-cast strip and anti-cracking agent.By adopting comprehensive measures such as raw material selection,mixture proportion design,bay segment design division,concrete pouring and maintenance,temperature measurement and monitoring,the concrete cracks in the foundation slab are effectively controlled without setting the post-cast strip,the shrinkage stress and hydration heat of the concrete are released,the quality problem of the post-cast strip construction is solved,and the good application of the construction technology of"alternative bay construction method"is realized.This paper first introduces the general situation of the project,and then introduces in detail the specific application of the construction technology of the"alternative bay construction method"for the ultra-long,ultra-wide and ultra-thick foundation slab from six aspects,aiming to provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
