悬臂掘进机在泥质砂岩隧道开挖施工中的应用——以张川隧道工程为例

摘要 张川隧道属于泥质砂岩隧道,为解决标准断面泥质砂岩隧道传统机械开挖施工进度慢、安全风险高、超欠挖不易控制等问题,该工程采用悬臂式掘进机,选择台阶法开挖施工工艺。文章详细介绍了基于悬臂掘进机的台阶法施工流程和操作要点,对悬臂掘进机在此工程中的应用效果进行分析。结果表明,该作业机械具有使用安全、高效的应用优势,在公路隧道施工中具有较高的应用价值。 Zhangchuan tunnel belongs to argillaceous sandstone tunnel.In order to solve the problems of slow construction progress,high safety risk and difficult control of overbreak and underbreak in traditional mechanical excavation of standard cross-section argillaceous sandstone tunnel,the cantilever tunneling machine and benching tunneling construction technology are adopted in this project.This paper introduces the construction process and operating points of benching tunneling method based on cantilever tunneling machine in detail,and analyzes the application effect of cantilever tunneling machine in this project.The results show that the operation machinery has the application advantages of use safety and high efficiency,which has high application value in highway tunnel construction.
