摘要
由于操作便捷,现场条件易满足,目前安全阀在线校验多采用在线校验仪进行校验,但在线校验仪在实际应用中存在一定的校验误差。文章结合实际工作,首先通过分析认为安全阀入口压力、在线校验仪所施加的外加力、安全阀有效密封面积是安全阀在线校验误差的主要影响因素,然后从这三个因素对安全阀在线校验误差的影响分别进行了分析,最后提出了缩小在线校验误差的方法,以供参考。
Because of the convenient operation and the easy satisfaction of the field conditions,the online calibration of the safety valve is mostly carried out by the online calibrator,but there are certain calibration errors in the practical application.Combined with practical work,firstly,it is considered that the inlet pressure of the safety valve,the external force applied by the online calibrator,and the effective sealing area of the safety valve are the main influencing factors of the online calibration error of the safety valve through analysis.Then,the influence of these three factors on the online calibration error of the safety valve is analyzed respectively.Finally,a method for reducing the online calibration error is proposed for reference.
