超高层建筑设备平台热环境优化研究

摘要 目前,风冷多联机空调系统在商务办公等高层建筑中得到了广泛应用,每层设置空调室外机设备平台时,纵向排热往往导致建筑上部的室外机平台热环境恶劣。文章以宁波某超高层办公建筑为例,从建筑方案阶段介入,利用CFD分析软件对设备平台热环境影响进行分析,通过对比纵向室外机错开摆放对热环境的影响数据,配合建筑立面设置流线型设备平台,减少了超高层集中纵向排热对空调外机的散热影响,为超高层建筑空调室外机平台的优化设置提供了有益参考。 At present,the air-cooled multi-connected air conditioning system has been widely used in high-rise buildings such as business offices.When the air conditioning outdoor unit equipment platform is set on each floor,the longitudinal heat exhaust often leads to the harsh thermal environment of the outdoor unit platform on the upper part of the building.Taking a super high-rise office building in Ningbo as an example,the influence on the thermal environment of the equipment platform is analyzed by CFD analysis software from the stage of building scheme.By comparing the influence data of the staggered arrangement of the longitudinal outdoor units on the thermal environment,the streamlined equipment platforms are set up matching with the building facade to reduce the influence of the concentrated longitudinal heat exhaust in the super high-rise buildings on the air conditioning outdoor units'heat exhaust,which provides a useful reference for the optimization setting of the air conditioning outdoor unit platforms in super high-rise buildings.
