摘要
随着我国建筑行业的高速发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,对建筑功能性美观度的要求持续提升,对工程质量管理的要求更高。文章以某高校教学楼建筑工程为例,基于三阶段管理理论,对如何提高建筑工程质量管理展开对策研究,探讨PDCA循环及三阶段管理方法的应用,并阐明现代建筑工程质量管理的中心方向,为实现建筑工程全面质量管理提供理论指导。
With the rapid development of China's construction industry,people's living standards continue to improve,the requirements for building functionality and aesthetics continue to increase,and the requirements for engineering quality management are higher.Taking the construction project of a university teaching building as an example,based on the three-stage management theory,this paper studies how to improve the quality management of construction projects,discusses the application of PDCA cycle and three-stage management method,and expounds the central direction of modern construction project quality management,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the realization of comprehensive quality management of construction projects.
