BIM技术在城市地下道路工程全生命周期中的应用

The Application of BIM Technology in the Life Cycle of Urban Underground Road Engineering

近年来,随着科技的进步及社会经济的发展,BIM技术在土木工程行业越来越得到了认可,在高速公路、城市市政等行业已得到广泛应用。目前,虽然BIM技术在工程中的应用很多,但是其在城市特长地下道路工程中的研究及应用并不多见,尤其是对BIM技术在工程全生命周期中的应用研究更是罕见。文章以广渠路东延道路工程为例,较为系统地介绍了BIM技术在设计、施工阶段的应用,并取得了实质性成果,也对BIM技术在运维阶段的应用进行了有益探索,已有成果和探索经验可为同类工程提供借鉴和参考。

In recent years,with the progress of science and technology and the development of social economy,BIM technology has been increasingly recognized in the civil engineering industry,and has been widely used in industries such as expressways,urban municipal engineering.At present,although there are many applications of BIM technology in engineering,its research and application in urban extra-long underground road engineering are rare,especially the research on the application of BIM technology in the life cycle of engineering.Taking Guangqu Road East Extension Road Project as an example,this paper systematically introduces the application of BIM technology in the design and construction stages,and has achieved substantial results.It also makes a useful exploration on the application of BIM technology in the operation and maintenance stage.The existing achievements and exploration experience can provide reference for similar projects.
