摘要
为更好地把握既有建筑的热工特性并实施有效改造,需测定围护结构参数,并给出相应的工程做法变更,主要内容包括围护结构传热系数大小、外遮阳设置情况、现状内外围护结构的构造形式和做法,以及设备系统的参数及运转状况、相关规范的历史版本及修订概况等。文章通过节能分析软件,结合人为评估,测定上海某办公楼的屋面、外墙、分户楼板、外窗等围护结构参数,并以测算结果为依据,生成相应的工程做法变更,为既有建筑改造提供有力支持,验证了参数测算流程的可靠性。
In order to better grasp the thermal characteristics of the existing buildings and implement effective reconstruction,it is necessary to measure the parameters of the enclosure structure and give the corresponding engineering practice changes,mainly including the heat transfer coefficient of the enclosure structure,the setting of the external shading,the structural form and practice of the existing internal and external enclosure structure,the parameters and operating conditions of the equipment system,the historical version and revision of the relevant specifications.Through the energy-saving analysis software,combined with human evaluation,the enclosure structure parameters such as roof,exterior wall,household floor slab and exterior window of an office building in Shanghai are determined.Based on the calculation results,the corresponding engineering practice changes are generated,which provides strong support for the reconstruction of existing buildings and verifies the reliability of the parameter calculation process.
