浅析基于区块链的水务工程管材质量管控及溯源系统的应用与实践

摘要 近年来随着国家对环境治理力度的加大和有关生态环境保护理念的增强,进一步提高水环境质量成为我们追求的目标。目前,现有的水务工程管材监管手段主要是通过查看进场台账、生产合格证、质量检测报告、进场报验材料等上报资料,再通过质量监督机构对工程所使用的管材进行抽样送检,保证工程所使用材料的质量达标。但是当前主管部门监督手段有限,主要采取外观检查、资料核查、监督抽检等人工方式,无法快速有效鉴别管材质量,导致信息追溯困难。为了解决现有水务工程管材信息监管的问题,本文创新性地利用区块链信息不可篡改,数据可追溯等特点,实现了区块链对水务工程管材质量监管溯源的创新模式,提高水务工程透明化的监管水平。 In recent years,with the strengthening of the country's environmental governance and the enhancement of the concept of ecological environmental protection,further improving the quality of the water environment has become our goal.At present,the existing water engineering pipe supervision methods are mainly to check the entry ledger,production certificate,self-inspection report,third-party inspection report,entry inspection materials and other reported materials,and then pass the quality supervision agency to the use of the project.The pipes are sampled and sent for inspection to ensure that the quality of the materials used in the project is up to standard.However,the current supervision means of the competent authorities are limited,mainly using manual methods such as visual inspection,data verification,supervision and sampling inspection,etc.,which cannot quickly and effectively identify the quality of pipes,resulting in difficulties in information tracing.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of existing water engineering pipe information supervision,this paper innovatively uses the characteristics of blockchain information such as non-tampering and data traceability,and realizes the innovative mode of blockchain for water engineering pipe quality supervision and traceability,improving water engineering and transparent level of supervision.
