摘要
主要研究了隧道变形规律与岩体基本质量指标(BQ值)之间的对应关系。本次研究将某隧道K8+500~K8+900范围作为数据采集段,收集了施工过程中的拱顶下沉、净空收敛和BQ值等相关数据,对隧道变形与BQ值进行线性回归分析,求出线性方程。预测K8+900~K9+000段Ⅳ级围岩最大变形量不超过40 mm,Ⅴ级围岩最大变形量不超过70 mm,均少于预留开挖变形量80 mm以上。将预测变形值与实测值进行对比,两者偏差较小,最大偏差<2.5 mm,平均偏差1.30 mm,说明隧道变形量预测方法和预测结果可靠,具有实际指导意义,且本次研究的隧道变形预测方法在其他隧道施工过程中具有可行性。
This paper mainly studies the corresponding relationship between the deformation law of tunnel and the basic quality index(BQ)of rock mass.In this study,the range of K8+500~K8+900 of a tunnel was taken as the data collection section,and relevant data such as vault subsidence,clearance convergence and BQ value were collected during the construction process.The linear regression analysis was conducted on the deformation and BQ value of the tunnel,and the linear equation was obtained.the K8+900~K9+000 sectionⅣlevel less than 40 mm,maximum deformation of rock massⅤlevel less than 70 mm,maximum deformation of rock mass are less than 80 mm above the reserved excavation deformation.According to the predicted results,by comparing the predicted deformation value with the measured value,the deviation between the two is small,with the maximum deviation<2.5 mm and the average deviation 1.30mm,indicating that the prediction method of tunnel deformation quantity and the prediction result are reliable and of practical guiding significance.Moreover,the tunnel deformation prediction method in this study is replicable in other tunnel construction processes.
