依托西安国际足球中心项目,针对EPC总承包项目施工质量管理中影响因素多、质量易产生波动、过程控制要求高的特点,提出不同阶段需采取的质量管控措施,全面发挥设计优化、新材料应用、装配化施工等对提高全过程施工质量的作用,为EPC总承包项目的质量管理提供一定的参考。

Relying on the Xi'an International Football Center project,in view of the characteristics of many influencing factors,easy quality fluctuations and high process control requirements in the construction quality management of EPC general contracting projects,the quality control measures to be taken at different stages are put forward to give full play to design optimization and new materials.The role of application and assembly construction in improving the quality of the whole process of construction provides a certain reference for the quality management of EPC general contracting projects.
