预拌混凝土管理现状及对策研究——以东营市为例

Research on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Ready Mixed Concrete Management--A Case of Dongying

当前,预拌混凝土在生产、养护、施工等过程中出现的质量问题较为严重,给工程带来严重质量安全隐患,预拌混凝土高质量发展对策亟需探索。本研究以东营市为例,阐明了预拌混凝土管理现状,对存在的问题进行了深入分析,提出了理顺指导价格,升级监管平台,促进企业健康持久发展;强化信用评价,加大检查力度,保障施工现场质量安全;健全联动机制,实施追溯排查,推动监管部门压实责任等针对性对策,为东营市预拌混凝土高质量发展提供了可靠的理论支撑。研究结果对于丰富国内预拌混凝土理论研究和促进预拌混凝土健康行业发展等方面意义重大。

At present,the quality problems of ready mixed concrete in the process of production,maintenance and construction are relatively serious,causing serious hidden dangers to the project quality and safety.The high-quality development countermeasures of ready mixed concrete need to be explored urgently.Taking Dongying city as an example,this study expounds the current situation of ready mixed concrete,deeply analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward to straighten out the guiding price,upgrade the supervision platform and promote the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises;Strengthen credit evaluation and inspection to ensure the quality and safety of the construction site;Improve the linkage mechanism,implement retrospective investigation,promote the compaction responsibility of regulatory authorities and other targeted countermeasures,which provides a reliable theoretical support for the high-quality development of ready mixed concrete in Dongying city.The research results are of great significance to enrich the domestic theoretical research of ready mixed concrete and promote the healthy development of ready mixed concrete.
