摘要
采用差示扫描量热(DSC)和X射线衍射法(XRD)、力学性能测试等研究了三种着色母料对无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)结晶行为与力学性能的影响。力学性能结果表明,1#、3#色母能大幅度提高PP-R材料的冲击强度和弯曲强度。DSC与XRD表明,1#、3#色母提高了PP-R的结晶温度,细化了PP-R晶粒,并诱导γ晶型产生。对色母进行成分分析发现,1#、3#色母载体为长支链结构的聚丙烯,长支链聚丙烯能起到异相成核剂的作用,影响聚丙烯结晶的成核与生长,甚至诱导形成γ晶。
In this paper,the effects of three masterbatchs on the crystallization behavior and mechanical properties of random copolymer polypropylene(PP-R)were studied by means of diff erential scanning calorimetry(DSC),X-ray diff raction(XRD)and mechanical properties test.The results of mechanical properties show that masterbatch 1#and 3#can greatly improve the impact strength and bending strength of PP-R materials.DSC and XRD show that masterbatch 1#and 3#can improve the crystallization temperature of PP-R,refi ne the PP-R grains,and induce the generation ofγphase.Composition analysis of the masterbatch indicates that masterbatch 1#and 3#carriers are long chain branched polypropylene(LCBPP).LCBPP can play the role of heterogeneous nucleation agent,aff ect the nucleation and growth of polypropylene crystallization,and even induceγphase.
