摘要
采用熔融共混法制备低软化点空心玻璃微珠(LMGB)协效二乙基次磷酸铝(ADP)阻燃聚酰胺66/玻纤(PA66/GF)复合材料,对复合材料的阻燃性能、力学性能及湿热老化性能进行研究,并将其与常规的三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)协效ADP阻燃PA66/GF复合材料进行对比。结果表明,在ADP阻燃PA66/GF复合材料体系中,LMGB能够替代MPP,当LMGB添加量为4.0%时,复合材料的阻燃等级可以达到V0级,极限氧指数(LOI)为35.5%,且力学性能优于MPP协效的复合材料。湿热老化试验显示,MPP协效的阻燃复合材料表面存在析出,而LMGB协效ADP的阻燃复合材料表面良好。
Low softening point hollow glass spheres(LMGB)synergized Aluminium diethyl phosphate(ADP)flame retarded polyamide 66/glass fi ber(PA66/GF)composites were prepared by melt blending method.The flame retarded properties,mechanical properties and hygrothermal aging properties of the composites were studied,and compared with the conventional melamine polyphosphate(MPP)synergized ADP flame retarded PA66/GF composites.The results indicated that LMGB can replace MPP in ADP flame retarded PA66/GF composite system.When the content of LMGB was 4.0%,the flame retarded grade of the composite can reach V0,the limited oxygen index(LOI)was 35.5%,and the mechanical properties of the composites were better than those of MPP synergized flame retarded composite.The hygrothermal aging experiment shows that the surface of MPP synergized flame retarded composite exists precipitation,while the LMGB synergized ADP flame retarded composite has good appearance.
