意识形态工作是一项极为重要的工作,高校是意识形态工作的前沿阵地。党的二十大报告将习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想所蕴含的世界观和方法论凝练概括为“六个必须坚持”,即坚持人民至上、坚持自信自立、坚持守正创新、坚持问题导向、坚持系统观念、坚持胸怀天下,实现了马克思主义中国化时代化新的飞跃,为做好新时代高校意识形态工作提供了价值遵循和方法指引。具体体现为:强化了高校意识形态工作的基本立场、观点和方法;指明了提升高校意识形态工作主体业务能力的方向;在顶层设计层面明确了高校培养新时代好青年的行动方略。

Ideological work is an extremely important work in all.Colleges and universities are the forefront of it.The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China condensed the worldview and methodology of the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era into six-must-be-adhered,which refers to We must put the people first,maintain self-confidence and stand on our own feet,uphold fundamental principles and break new ground,adopt a problem-oriented approach,apply systems thinking,maintain a global vision.It has realized a new leap in adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times,and also provided colleges and universities value follow-up and method guidance to effectively carry out ideological work in the new era.Specifically,it strengthens the stances,viewpoints,and methods of ideological work in colleges and universities,and points out the direction of improving the professional ability of the main body of it.Besides these,the action strategy for colleges and universities to cultivate the new era's great young generation is clarified from the top-level design.
