新时代农村基层党组织推动乡村经济高质量发展研究——以西安市鄠邑区胡家庄村为例

Research on Rural Basic Party Organizations Promoting High-Quality Development of Rural Economy in the New Era-The example of Hujiazhuang Village in Huyi District,Xi'an City

乡村振兴是党中央为了激发乡村活力,推动乡村产业、生态、文化等资源开发而提出的发展战略。基层党组织处于国家治理的最末端和服务群众的最前沿,是贯彻执行党的发展战略的先锋者。解决我国乡村发展不平衡、不充分问题,需要充分发挥农村基层党组织的作用。本文以陕西省西安市鄠邑区胡家庄村为调研对象,对其从贫困村到美丽乡村的发展历程展开研究,总结了胡家庄村双委会从统筹村庄发展规划、振兴乡村产业和加强制度建设等方面推动乡村高质量发展的工作经验,以期为其他地区基层党组织引领乡村振兴提供借鉴。

The rural revitalization is a development strategy proposed by the Chinese Party Central Committee in order to promote the vitality of the countryside,focusing on the development of rural industries,ecology,culture and other resources.Basic party organizations are at the forefront of serving the masses and are the pioneers in implementing the party's development strategy as they are situated at the end of national governance.In the new era,it is necessary to fully exploit the role of rural grassroots party organizations to address the problem of unbalanced and inadequate rural development.This research focuses on Hujiazhuang vllage in Huyi District,Xi'an,Shaanxi Province,and examines its journey from a poor village to a beautiful countryside,summarizing the experience of the village federation of two commissioners in promoting high-quality rural development through the integration of village development planning,revitalizing rural industries,and strengthening institutional construction.The above findings provide a reference for other regional basic party organizations to build a new pattern of rural development.
