基于Web of Science的糖尿病衰弱研究热点可视化分析

Visual analysis of hot topics in diabetes frailty research based on Web of Science

目的对近10年来Web of Science数据库核心合集中发表的糖尿病衰弱研究热点进行可视化分析,为国内开展相关研究提供参考。方法以2012-2021年收录在Web of Science数据库核心合集中的1778篇文献为数据来源,分别以国家、被引文献、关键词为分析对象,运用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。结果近10年来,在Web of Science数据库核心合集中发表的糖尿病衰弱文献共1778篇;美国发文量最多,我国发文量排名第7;糖尿病患者衰弱的流行现状、糖尿病患者衰弱的影响因素、衰弱与糖尿病患者不良健康结局之间的关联是糖尿病衰弱领域的研究热点。结论全球范围内糖尿病衰弱领域研究仍处于发展阶段,未来仍需选用高效的衰弱评估工具在不同地区、场所开展更多糖尿病衰弱相关的高质量研究,为糖尿病患者制订合理的衰弱防治策略提供科学依据。

Objective To visually analysis on the hot spots of diabetes frailty published in the core collection of Web of Science database in the past 10 years,so as to provide a reference for related research in China.Methods From 2012 to 2021,1778 articles recorded in the Web of Science core collection database were taken as the data source.The country,cited literature,and keywords were taken as the objects of analysis respectively,and CiteSpace software was used for visual analysis.Results In the past 10 years,1778 articles on diabetes frailty had been published in the Web of Science core collection database.The United States has the largest number of publications,while China ranks seventh.The epidemic situation and the risk factors of frailty in diabetes,and the association between frailty and adverse health outcomes in patients with diabetes are the research hotspots in this field.Conclusion The field of diabetes frailty is still in the development stage worldwide.In the future,more high-quality studies related to diabetes frailty should be carried out in different regions and places with efficient frailty assessment tools,so as to provide scientific basis for diabetic patients to formulate reasonable frailty prevention and treatment strategies.
