摘要
目的探讨PDCA(计划、实施、检查、处理)循环在科间会诊管理中的应用,以规范医院科间会诊管理,提升会诊质量。方法运用PDCA循环方法,对科间会诊实施持续质量改进,比较实施前后的会诊医嘱、会诊完成时限、人员资质及会诊病程记录等完成情况。结果实行PDCA循环管理后,会诊医嘱下达落实率为99.45%,会诊病程记录和申请会诊记录的完整率分别为99.58%和99.84%,申请会诊时间及完成会诊时间的完整性达100%,完成会诊时限的达标率为99.90%,申请会诊医师资质符合率为99.90%,较实施前均有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用PDCA循环对医院科间会诊进行持续改进,有利于提高会诊制度的规范化管理水平,对保障医疗质量与安全具有重要的现实意义。
Objective To explore the application of PDCA(planning,do,check and action)cycle in the management of inter-departmental consultation,so as to standardize the management of inter-departmental consultation in hospitals and improve the quality of consultation.Methods The PDCA cycle was used to continuously improve the interdisciplinary consultation,and the consultation instructions,consultation timeliness,personnel qualification and consultation course records were compared before and after the implementation.Results After PDCA cycle management,the rate of consultation orders was 99.45%,the rate of completion of consultation progress records and request for consultation records was 99.58%and 99.84%.The completeness of consultation application time and consultation completion time was 100%.The compliance rate of consultation time limit was 99.90%.The coincidence rate of applying for consultant qualification was 99.90%,which was significantly higher than before implementation,with statistical significances(P<0.01).Conclusion Using PDCA cycle to manage interdisciplinary consultation in hospital can significantly improve the standardized management level of consultation system,which has important practical significance for improving medical quality and ensuring patient safety.
