互联网+精准化护理在结核病患者治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of Internet plus precision nursing in the treatment of tuberculosis patients

目的:探讨互联网+精准化护理在结核病患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:收集2021年1月至2022年6月结核病门诊收治的结核病患者80例完整病历资料进行分析。用随机数字表法将患者分成对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用常规护理(患者定时来门诊用药进行日常护理咨询和管理)。观察组在对照组基础上实施互联网+精准化护理。观察两组依从性、护理满意度、血清炎症因子水平变化,采取焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者的负性情绪。结果:观察组的总依从率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的75.00%(30/40,P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意度为92.50%(37/40),高于对照组的72.50%(29/40,P<0.05)。两组干预后的SAS评分、SDS评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.05);且观察组均较对照组更低(P<0.05)。两组干预后血清降钙素原水平、白细胞介素-8水平均较干预前显著降低,且观察组均较对照组更低(P<0.05)。两组γ-干扰素水平较干预前显著升高,且观察组较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:互联网+精准化护理在结核病患者治疗中有积极的应用效果,有助于提高其治疗依从性,提升护理满意度,改善患者的负性情绪,恢复患者的血清炎症因子水平,利于患者的病情稳定。

Objective:To explore the application effect of Internet plus precision nursing in the treatment of tuberculosis patients.Methods:Eighty complete medical records of patients with tuberculosis who were admitted to the tuberculosis outpatient clinic from January 2021 to June 2022 were collected and analyzed.The random number table was used to divide the patients into a control group and an observation group with 40 cases each.The control group used the routine nursing(daily nursing consultation and management for patients coming to the outpatient clinic regularly for medication).The observation group implemented the Internet plus precision nursing on the basis of the control group.The changes of compliance,nursing satisfaction,and serum inflammatory factors were observed,and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the negative emotions of patients.Results:The total compliance rate in the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than that in the control group 75.00%(30/40,P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 92.50%(37/40),which was higher than that in the control group 72.50%(29/40,P<0.05);the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05);the SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the serum procalcitonin level and interleukin-8 level in the two groups were significantly lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).g-Interferon level of the two groups was significantly higher than that before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internet plus precision nursing has a positive application effect in the treatment of tuberculosis patients,which helps to improve their treatment compliance,enhance nursing satisfaction,improve the negative emotions of patients,and restore the level of serum inflammatory factors of patients, and helps patients stabilize their condition.
