摘要
“脑-心-肾-精室”轴理论指出良性前列腺增生病位在精室,与脑、心、肾关系紧密,该轴功能失调是良性前列腺增生发病的重要原因之一。通过梳理“脑-心-肾-精室”轴与良性前列腺增生的生理关系、病理联系,总结出整体以脑为中心、局部以肾与精室为重心、治神治疗以心脑同调为特色的针灸治疗思路,以期为针灸治疗良性前列腺增生提供新的治疗思路。
According to the theory of brain-heart-kidney-semen chamber axis,the location of benign prostatic hyperplasia is in the semen chamber and closely related to the brain,heart,and kidneys.The dysfunction of this axis is a major cause of benign prostatic hyperplasia.This paper analyzed the pathogenesis of benign prostatic hyperplasia from the dysfunction of the brain-heart-kidney-semen chamber axis and developed an acupuncture therapy centering on the brain,focusing on the kidney and semen chamber,and regulating both the heart and brain to recover spirit.This paper aims to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with acupuncture.
