《傅青主女科》妊娠篇用药规律探析

Medication Regularity in the Pregnancy Chapter of Fu Qingzhu's Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的 基于中医传承辅助平台软件,分析《傅青主女科》妊娠篇的用药规律与特点。方法 收集《傅青主女科》妊娠篇中治疗妊娠病的方剂,应用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件及Excel 2019软件,构建数据库,对数据库进行四气、五味、归经分布,药物的分类、药物使用频次、药物核心组合、关联规则方面的统计分析,并基于此分析总结新处方。结果 共纳入12首方剂,涉及43味中药,其中使用频次3次以上的中药有15味,前6味的依次是人参、白术、当归、白芍、茯苓、甘草。对43味药物进行药物分类统计,共得到11类药物,使用频次最多的为补虚药。四气:温性药物使用最多;五味:频次最高的为甘味药物;归经:居首位的是脾经。得到常用药对及组合21组,4首新处方。结论 傅青主治疗妊娠病重补益而轻攻伐,喜用人参、白术、当归等补益类药物。

Objective To analyze the medication regularity and characteristics in the pregnancy chapter of Fu Qingzhu′s Obstetrics and Gynecology using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS).Meth-ods The prescriptions for treating pregnancy-related conditions in the pregnancy chapter of Fu Qingzhu′s Obstetrics and Gynecology were collated.TCMISS(V2.5)and Excel 2019 software were adopted to construct a database.Statistical analy-sis on the four qi properties,five flavors,meridian distribution,drug classification,drug use frequency,core drug combina-tions,and association rules was performed.New prescriptions were summarized.Results Twelve prescriptions were includ-ed,involving 43 drugs.Among them,15 drugs were used three or more times,with the top six drugs being Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Poria,and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.The classification analysis of the 43 drugs identified 11 categories,with the most frequently used catego-ry being deficiency-tonifying drugs.In terms of four qi properties,five flavors,and meridian tropism,drugs were mainly warm and sweet and acted on the spleen meridian.A total of 21 common drug pairs and combinations were obtained,resul-ting in four new prescriptions.Conclusion Fu Qingzhu′s approach to treating pregnancy-related conditions emphasized ton-ifying and nourishing over attacking and eliminating.Drugs such as Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,and Angelicae Sinensis Radix are frequently employed for tonification.
