河北省制造业中小企业数字化转型整体上处于发展早期,基础比较薄弱,且以内部的运营管理数字化为主。企业普遍存在对数字化转型认识不深,缺乏整体战略变革思维;数字化转型投入不足,抑制企业转型动力;缺乏平台和产业链支撑,内外协作有限等问题。河北省制造业中小企业应当依据自身实际,加强管理培训,激发内在动力;借助政策与市场优势,摆脱资金与人才困境;从全局高度整体谋划、实施并持续改进数字化转型;加强产业链合作,发挥协同效应;利用技术赋能,实现提质降本增效;推进自我变革,加强组织学习,促进企业数字化转型,进而推动经济高质量发展。

The digital transformation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Hebei Province is in the early stage of its development with a weak foundation,and the internal operation management digital is the main part.The enterprises in Hebei Province generally have problems such as lack of deep understanding of digital transformation,lack of thinking of overall strategic transformation;insufficient investment in digital transformation,inhibiting the transformation of enterprise transformation;lack of platform and industrial chain support,limited internal and external cooperation.Small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Hebei Province should strengthen management training and stimulate internal motivation based on their own actual situation;utilize policy and market advantages to overcome the difficulties of funding and talent;plan,implement and continuously improve digital transformation from a overall perspective;strengthen industrial chain cooperation and obtain synergy effects;utilize technological empowerment to achieve quality improvement,cost reduction,and efficiency enhancement.
