Grassroots governance is the foundation of urban governance,and the digitization of grassroots governance is the base of the digital system of urban governance.By reviewing the development process of social governance,in face of the reality dilemma of"invisible,inefficient,and difficult to command"of grassroots governance,it is clarified that digital transformation is the only way for grassroots governance to break the situation.By analyzing the practice and exploration of domestic grassroots digital intelligence governance,the idea and framework of grassroots digital intelligence governance has been put forward.Through the deep integration of digital technology and grassroots governance,this paper expounds the typical application scenarios of intelligent enabling grassroots society are expounded.In the digital era,the social governance of digital intelligence at the grassroots level presents three development trends:the evolution of single point intelligence to overall wisdom,the evolution of governance space from bounded to unbounded,and the reform of data intelligence driven governance paradigm.
