马克思共同体视角下社会工作参与社区治理的策略——基于石家庄市的经验研究

社会工作参与石家庄市社区治理取得了一定成绩,但仍然存在很多问题,比如活动碎片化、主体积极性不高、多元协作平台未达预期效果等。马克思共同体理论指出,社区治理旨在构建真正的共同体,并坚持以人民群众为中心,协调社区共同利益,最终促进人的自由与全面发展。所以,社会工作要将社区治理的过程理解为构建真正共同体的过程,在社区治理中促进人的自由与全面发展,并完善基于社区共同利益的多元协调机制。只有这样,才能实现“真正的共同体”。

Throughout the process of social work participating in community governance in Shijiazhuang city,it has achieved certain achievements,but still has many problems,such as fragmentation of activities,low subjective enthusiasm,not reaching the desired effect of multiple cooperation platform.From the perspective of Marx community,community governance should aim to build a real community,following the people-centered principle,coordinating the common interests of the community,and ultimately promoting the free and all-round development of people.Therefore,social work should interpret the process of community governance as the process of building a real community,promoting the free and comprehensive development of people in community governance,and improving the diversified coordination mechanism based on the common interests of communities.Only in this way can the"real community"be realized.
