乡村振兴背景下省会石家庄数字乡村建设的路径与策略研究

Research on the Path and Strategy of Digital Rural Construction in Shijiazhuang Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

数字乡村建设是实现中国式现代化乡村振兴的重要途径。河北省会石家庄的数字乡村建设在信息化基础设施、智慧农业、电商扶贫、乡村治理等方面已经取得了一定成果,但是还存在人才匮乏、信息基础设施薄弱、乡村数字化应用水平滞后等问题。据此,可以从提升数字乡村治理水平,加强数字化人才队伍建设,推广产业物联网,提供分类实施方案等方面加强数字化建设,实现乡村振兴和高质量发展。

Digital rural construction is an important approach to achieve the Chinese path to modernization and rural revitalization.Shijiazhuang,the capital of Hebei Province,has made certain achievements in digital rural construction,such as information infrastructure,smart agriculture,e-commerce in poverty alleviation,and rural governance.However,problems still exist such as talent shortage,weak information infrastructure,and lagging of rural digitization level.So in order to achieve rural revitalization and high-quality development,digital rural construction can be strengthened by improving the level of digital rural governance,enhancing the construction of digital talent teams,promoting the application in industrial internet of things,and providing categorized implementation plan.
