数字经济背景下石家庄市非物质文化遗产保护与传承研究

非物质文化遗产保护与传承工作一直备受社会关注。数字经济背景下石家庄市非物质文化遗产保护与传承存在对外传播力度不足、民众遗产管理意识薄弱,企业资金匮乏、产品市场亟待开发、地方非物质文化遗产传承人培养困难等问题。因此,石家庄市应积极借助5G、互联网、VR、AR、区块链、人工智能等技术,对不同种类非物质文化遗产有针对性地采取“非遗+新媒体”“非遗+演艺”“非遗+节庆表演”“非遗+剧本杀”“非遗+研学”“非遗+文旅”“非遗+动漫”“非遗+游戏”等保护与传承模式,实现非物质文化遗产与数字技术的深度融合,以激发非遗发展新活力,促进非物质文化遗产的长远发展与活态传承,拓宽非遗消费市场,带动当地经济发展。

The protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage(ICH)has always been of great concern to society.The protection and inheritance of ICH in Shijiazhuang in the context of digital economy still has problems such as insufficient external communication,weak awareness of heritage management among people,lack of funds for enterprises,product markets to be urgently developed,and difficulties in training local intangible cultural heritage inheritors.It is recommended that Shijiazhuang should actively make use of technologies such as 5G,internet,VR,AR,blockchain,Artificial Intelligence,etc.,and put forward targeted"(ICH)+new media""ICH+performing arts""ICH+festival performance""ICH+script killing""ICH+study""ICH+cultural tourism"and"ICH+cultural tourism".The mode of protection and inheritance such as"cultural tourism","ICH+animation"and"ICH+game"realizes the deep integration of ICH and digital technology,to stimulate the new vitality of the development of ICH in Shijiazhuang and promote the long-term development and live heritage of it,broaden the consumer market of intangible cultural heritage,and drive local economic development.
