摘要
针对底抽巷穿层钻孔在施工过程中与设计钻孔的终孔位置偏差较大问题,选择赵庄矿1307底抽巷1-6单元的钻孔参数进行了深入分析,同时对穿层钻孔偏斜力学模型进行分析。结果表明,设计倾角小、长度长的钻孔容易偏斜,也更容易出现全矸钻孔现象,穿层钻孔应尽量避免穿硬岩层和软硬互层对钻孔偏斜的影响。通过优化底抽巷和被掩护煤巷的位置关系,成功将满足设计要求的穿层钻孔最小倾角从30°降低到18°左右,保证了穿层钻孔的施工质量,提高了穿层钻孔的有效覆盖范围。
In this study,in response to the large deviation from the final designed position of the boreholes in the bottom drainage roadway during the construction process,we studied the drilling parameters of unit 1 to 6 in the bottom drainage roadway 1307 in Zhaozhuang Mine and the deflection mechanics model for the crossing boreholes.The results show that the low-angle and long boreholes are prone to deviation and the whole gangue drilling is likely to occur.Therefore,when drilling through layers,the influence of hard strata and soft-hard interbedded strata on borehole deflection should be avoided when possible.Optimizing the position relationship between the bottom drainage roadway and covered coal roadway successfully reduced the minimum inclination of the crossing boreholes from 30°to about 18°,which met the design requirements,ensured the construction quality,and improved the coverage of the crossing boreholes.
