两渡煤业2号软弱煤层巷道锚杆支护技术研究

摘要 为解决软弱煤层巷道围岩难以控制的问题,以两渡煤业2号煤层集中运输巷为研究背景,采用现场调研、岩石力学实验和数值模拟等方法,对巷道围岩力学条件进行分析,提出了软弱煤层巷道支护设计原则:高强度锚杆锚索支护、高预紧力支护、高刚度支护。通过锚杆锚索支护强化围岩自身承载能力,有效控制围岩变形破坏。同时,利用数值模拟方法,对比分析了不同支护方案下的巷道变形量及其塑性破坏范围,确定了集中运输巷支护方案,并开展了现场试验,有效控制了软弱煤层巷道围岩变形量。 To solve the control difficulties for surrounding rock in the roadways of the soft coal seam,this paper,taking the centralized transportation roadway in the No.2 coal seam of Liangdu Coal Industry as the research background,used field investigation,rock mechanics experiment,and numerical simulation to study the mechanical conditions of the surrounding rock and propose a design principle with high strength anchor bolt support,high preload support,and high stiffness support.The anchor bolt support was used to strengthen the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock and control the deformation and damage of the surrounding rock.Meanwhile,the numerical simulation was used to compare the deformation and plastic damage under different supporting schemes to determine the support for the centralized transportation roadway and conduct the field test,which achieved effective deformation control for the surrounding rock in the soft coal seam.
