摘要
针对开采保护层时,开采层与被保护层受采动影响,地应力相互传导剧烈,回采期间瓦斯涌出量大的难题,利用定向钻进技术在保护层工作面采用煤层顶(底)板钻孔顺向梳状布置,以钻代巷和岩层间拦截卸压抽采瓦斯新技术,并采取钻孔全程下筛管、孔内进气循环排水等管理措施,为突出矿井煤层群保护层开采条件下的全钻孔瓦斯治理探索出一条新的途径。
When mining the protective layer,the mining layer and protected layer would be affected,causing intense ground stress transmission and large gas outbursts during the caving.To solve the problems,we use directional extraction technology in the protective layer working face,with the coal seam roof(floor)boreholes in the downward comb-like layout to replace roadway by borehole and inter-seam interception to realize pressure relief extraction of gas,taking measures such as running screen in the whole process,in-hole circulating drainage by air intake.This study explores a new way for full drilling gas management under the protective layer mining of coal seam groups in outburst coal mines.
